Ear Wax!

Turner’s sticky superpower saves the day in a gooey, hilarious adventure.

The third book in the Mucus Phlegmball series is packed with even more gross-out action and big-time trouble!

Marcus Fleming—aka Mucus Phlegmball—has a new problem, and it’s a big one. He accidentally blasted Turner, the school bully, in the head with a radioactive snooger. Now Turner is acting super weird… and then he suddenly disappears. Even Chunk can’t calm Marcus down—something strange is definitely going on.

Things get even creepier when Marcus wakes up in the middle of the night and spots a shadowy figure standing in his backyard, staring straight at his window. Yep. Not scary at all.

The next morning, Marcus finds a glowing green blob on his lawn—and it looks way too familiar. When he brings it to Dr. Boogerslinger, the news is worse than he imagined. It’s earwax. It belongs to Turner. And…it’s explosive.

Uh-oh.

It looks like Mucus Phlegmball and his sidekick, Master Blaster, are about to face their first human villain—and he’s not playing around. When Turner starts testing out his new powers, things quickly spiral out of control, and someone gets hurt. Now it’s up to Marcus, Chunk, and Dr. Boogerslinger to stop him.

Their plan? Create an antidote!
Their problem? They need one very unusual ingredient… from the past.

That means a wild time-travel trip all the way to Tasmania to catch a platypus (because of course it does).

Meanwhile, Marcus’s life is getting complicated in other ways, too. A classmate named Courtney won’t stop following him around, and her crush on Marcus is making things seriously awkward—especially since Chunk is starting to feel left out. As if that wasn’t enough, Courtney overhears something she definitely wasn’t supposed to, and Marcus has to figure out how to keep his superhero identity a secret.

With a dangerous new villain, time-travel chaos, and friendship drama piling up, Marcus starts to wonder if being a superhero is just too much. Should he give up his powers for good… or finally tell the truth?

One thing’s for sure—this might be his toughest challenge yet!

The gross-out humor hits the mark—so much fun, and oddly inspiring for my little hero!
